Operations Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic operations manager to lead the team at UviTech. This role will be 6 month contract bases, extension will be based on satisfactory performance only.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust operational strategies to increase company growth figures.
- Drive customer acquisition across all service offerings of UviTech.
- Lead with a decisive and results-oriented approach, cutting through complexity to make timely decisions.
- Foster a dynamic marketing strategy that aligns with aggressive growth objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role with a track record of scaling business operations.
- Experience in a banking institution is a must.
- Exceptional ability to devise and implement operational strategies that meet aggressive growth targets.
- Strong leadership skills with a straightforward approach to management.
- Expertise in marketing, with a knack for innovative and effective customer acquisition tactics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in banking will be a bonus.

Typical Work Schedule for Operations Manager
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with the expectation of flexibility to meet project deadlines.
- Occasional weekend work may be required during critical project phases.
- Availability for urgent issues and decision-making outside of standard hours as needed.
- Regular team meetings and strategy sessions, which may require additional time commitment.
- Potential for remote work or flexible hours depending on company policies and performance.

Compensation Package Details for Operations Manager Position
- Base Salary GHS 1200 per month
